Passionate about coaching and exposing people to diverse musical styles and expressions. Knowledgeable about recording studio equipment and recording procedures. Well-versed in various styles of music. Invited to perform at Fremont Festival of Arts 2019 which held 20,000 audiences. Chosen by the Mayor of Fremont and Citizens for Better Community, performed at Central Park for One World One Community event to celebrate our multiethnic community with 100 musicians from the bay. Adult Drawing is designed for adult students who are interested in learning the fundamentals of drawing in a fun, pressure-free environment. The class covers the principles of design, color theory and various drawing techniques. This is a 1-hr drawing class. THIS CLASS is TAUGHT in Chinese. 绘画课程： 以最基本的几何图形作为课堂练习基础，学习形体的结构、比例及透视的关系。练习的过程学习在光影之下的素描关系和色彩关系。使用工具包括铅笔、彩色铅笔、丙烯或水彩颜料。 课程学习基本以静物写生为主，同时会作临摹练习。学习过程中会讲授绘画理论和基本的艺术理论。 该课程有1小时课程和2小时课程。学生将在同一课堂里上课,带有不同的预期教学进度。 |

党伟光是著名男中音歌唱家，声乐教育家。曾先后毕业于沈阳音乐学院，中央音乐学院声乐歌剧系，及法国声乐大师班。 2003毕业美国蜜里金大学艺术学院，获艺术家文凭。 党伟光曾在全国CC丅V声乐比赛中优秀奖。曾先应邀参加长春国际电影节，中央电视台，上海东方卫视，全国大学生运动会开幕式及全国大型文艺演出等活动。曾赴俄罗斯参加学术交流及演出。曾先后与斯坦福大学交响乐团，芝加哥市立剧院交响乐团，硲谷交响乐团，圣河塞歌剧院交响乐团，西太平洋歌剧院交响乐团，中国湖南交响乐团，中国海政交响乐团，中国深圳交响乐团等乐团合作。在芝加哥曾因主演巜唐．帕斯夸勒》被当地英文报纸评论为“他是具有世界一流声音的歌唱家”，被誉为是演绎唐，帕斯夸勒的第一人。曾任在斯坦福大学国际声乐比赛评委，美国飞杨国际声乐比赛评委，中央电视台青年歌手大奨赛海外区评委，中央台视台《我要上春晚》海外评委，中国红歌会江西卫视海外评委，中国湖南卫视「快乐男生」海外评委。现任西安音乐学院客座教授，长春师大客座教授。现任美国加州Ohlone college 教授。美国华人文化艺术界联盟副主席。 本课程以小班授课 The class will be taught primary in Chinese. |

Adult Club Volleyball (成人娱乐排球球) class is a 2-hour class for both men and women aged 18 and above. It is a rigorous and exciting class, providing a great opportunity for adults to meet new people, exercise, and work on developing their volleyball skills. This is a self-managed program. This class does not provide an instructor and is intended for recreational exercise for adults only. 此课不提供教练， 仅供成年人娱乐锻炼。 Due to the CYO basketball game season impact in Amador Gym, from end of Oct to mid of Feb, there will have only one hour class, 11:00am-11: 45 am, no 12pm classes during the season. The class fee is prorated for the class time to reflect this impact. |

舞蹈是一门综合性艺术，它与音乐、雕塑、绘画等艺术有紧密的联系，它以优美的形体动作为语言，塑造形象、反映社会生活。学生们在翩翩起舞中，可以达到交流思想、抒发感情，增进友谊，同时在舞台上展现舞者的舞韵和风姿，舞出精彩的人生！ 1）教学宗旨和目的是：培养和塑造美的形象和自信的舞者，从而在言谈举止，举手投足都能表现出高雅的气质。 2）课程安排：每年开学的上半年要配合CACC春節晚会的需要來排练不同的舞蹈节目参加演出。演出后学生要加强形体训练的练习，包括: 基本站立姿势，手位脚位练习，气息动作结合练习以及把上把下一系列基本功技巧练习。 Dancing is a comprehensive art, which is closely linked with music, sculpture, painting and other arts. It is graceful body movements as a language which builds up images reflecting the social life. 1) Goals and objectives: training and shaping the image of beauty and self-confidence of the dancers, so that manners and gestures of the dancer can show his or her elegance. 2) Curriculum plan: The first half of the school year will meet the needs of CACC Chinese New Year Gala by preparing and rehearsing different dance programs for the Gala. After the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) Gala, the course will focus on strengthening physical training, including: basic standing posture, hands position and feet position practice, combined skill exercises in matching breath and action and series of basic skills practice. 此舞蹈班由著名舞蹈艺术家王苓华老师执教。 王老师从事中国古典民族舞蹈的创作, 教学和表演. 她长期的教学与舞台表演经验的积累，培育出了一批优秀的青年舞者。她以专业和科学的舞蹈知识，巧妙的运用了中西结合多元化的的舞蹈艺术，从而形成了她在教学上的独特方法。王苓华老师曾是中国舞蹈家协会会员，她以优异的成绩毕业于上海歌剧舞剧院舞蹈专科。是上海歌剧舞剧院的主要演员。 The dance instructor for this course, Wang Ling Hua, is a famous dancing artist, who graduated from the Shanghai Opera and Dance Theatre. Wang Laoshi has been a member of Chinese Dancers Association, and a main performer in the the Shanghai Opera and Dance Theatre. Wang Ling Hua Laoshi has been working in creating, teaching and performing Chinese classical folk dances. Her long time experiences in teaching and stage performing of dancing art has helped her cultivate a large group of outstanding young dancers. In her teaching, she integrates her professional and scientific knowledge into using a wide range of Chinese and Western elements in the art of dancing, which formed her unique approach in teaching. |

Students will feel like they are dancing while exercising their bodies and strengthening their cardiovascular systems. This is a class that is fun and enjoyable for both men and women. The class is focused on participating local performance. |

Yoga is a mix of breath control and simple meditation, while holding postures (or asanas) to gain flexibility, strength and an inner peace. It is widely practiced for health, relaxation, and for reducing stress. Our Teachers: Alison and Genny have been practicing yoga for over a decade each, and have a combined decade of teaching experience in the Bay Area and throughout the world. They are both Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Certified and look forward to sharing their passion, knowledge and experience. Either Alison or Tim will teach each week with a class designed for all levels. The class be a typical Vinyasa style, meaning that participants will flow from one posture to the next using their breath. Whether you have practiced yoga in the past, or are brand new to yoga, both teachers will help deepen your practice. This class is designed for 30 weeks for the school year as there might be one week impact due to facility not available. Also, due to this is a new class, there might be some possible unforeseeable changes to be made. The price has reflected on those impacts. This class will be taught in English. |

Just like walking/jogging to strengthen the leg muscle, this Zumba Toning class is to hold some weights while enjoying Zumba dance to strengthen arm and core muscle. It helps to reduce/get rid of the sag of your arm and your tommy, and have fun with the dance. You may reduce your own workout intensity at the beginning, and gradually work up to the higher intensity level. The class will be taught in both English and Chinese. |
